01 You should be a fan of Patrick Fugit. After all, this is a fanlisting so why join if you don't like him?

02 To join, you need to list a valid e-mail address, name, and country. Please keep your information current! If you change your e-mail, your website address, or move to a new country, update your info here.

03 You don't need to list your real full name but please do not submit stupid nicknames (such as PatrickISaCUTiE).

04 If you want me to list your website, you must link back this site at http://www.patrick-fugit.com/fanlisting. The link must be on your website before you join. If I check your site and I don't see a code, I will not list your site.

05 Keep the code on your website as long as you're a member. If I do a member check and the link isn't up and linked to the correct address, I will remove your link from the list. However, you will still be listed with a name, country and e-mail.

06 If you want to be removed from the listing for some reason, just e-mail me.

07 LiveJournal, InsaneJournal, Blurty, and other journal users, please put a code on your user info page.
